Courtney Stephen: Power of Analytics from Football to Your Career

Earlier in my career, I always asked myself what the secret weapon was that allowed some of the great leaders that I worked with build powerful careers

Maybe you also find yourself asking this question – what allows some of these leaders to accelerate their careers while many others stay stagnant.

Fast forward a few years, I started to uncover the answer, and it wasn’t anything extraordinary. It comes down to doing the small things right, work-ethic, speed over planning, and execution.

Sometimes we get caught up trying to either boil the ocean, or learn new skills that generate buzz, but most of the time it’s the basics that allow us to get ahead.

If you want to see what works with real proof, this episode is for you.
