How do we handle competing priorities that are both important, must be given 110% attention, and require our best effort day in and day out?
Generally its always a good thing to pick a few priorities and commit to them, do them well, and hit them out of the park. But sometimes, we simply need to do them all at the same time given the situation. And the problem is not about not having enough time, because with proper time management and eliminating inefficiencies we can find the time.
But what makes it tough is when we have to switch our brains and focus from one priority to the other, especially if the two are completely different from each other. For example, completing a PhD program while also competing as a professional athlete at the same time.
If you’re dealing with multiple priorities, and want to learn how you can take on more without burning yourself out, then this episode is for you.
