Score Interpretation
- 20-25: High-priority AI opportunity; should be fast-tracked. Go all in now.
- 15-19: Strong potential; invest in execution readiness over next 6 to 12 months while experimenting with potential AI verticals
- 10-14: Moderate opportunity
- requires significant investment in readiness or
- need to rethink brand new business model / verticals
- Below 10: Not an immediate priority or potential threat;
- focus on foundational improvements or
- Build immediate plan to avoid disruption
