What a week – From Amazon #1 Hot New Release, author showcases, to closing the week with an intimate launch event at the beautiful French Library in Boston, surrounded by friends, peers, and leaders.

The conversations and energy in the room reinforced why I wrote this book: leaders don’t need to choose between growth and meaning. The most successful leaders can achieve both by betting on their people.

I’m excited to carry these lessons and frameworks into the boardroom, where enterprise growth is built not just through strategy, but through execution and leadership at every level.
