EP. 10 Austin Sadnick- Spend Time Building Your Foundation

There’s always a constant battle between working hard in your 20s versus taking this time to enjoy life – travel, explore new things, or find your passion. In my 20’s, I always wondered whether or not I had the right balance. On one hand, I knew that if I put in the work now, then I would build a foundation for me to achieve great milestones in my 30s. But on the other hand, I also knew that I will never get this time back and don’t want to have any regrets.

I knew from football that if I put in the work, results will come. But I also knew that results in football only came when I was also having fun and enjoying it, vs it being a task.

Even today, I am constantly asking myself that question and overly critical of where and how I spend my time. If you would like to hear a perspective on this and how you can think about work-life balance, then this episode is for you!
