EP. 13: Jeremiah Brown- Focus like an Olympian to Win in a Distracted World

I strongly believe in the saying – hard work will beat talent any day. Basically, if you put in the work, and are disciplined and consistent, you will achieve your goals.

One of the things that I never truly understood though, was why were some people able to achieve those goals vs. others, who also worked hard, seemed to fail.

The answer lies in “Focus.” Hard work is great, but if you are not focused then it will be wasted. Focusing on the task at hand, on the long term goal, and being committed and not being distracted.

This is something that I learned during my chat with a former Olympian. If you want to learn more about how focus may be the missing piece in your journey, then this episode is for you.

“When life gets hard, you need to get harder”- Jeremiah Brown.”
