Javier Glatt: Taking on a new team with finesse | Co-Founder/CEO CadMakers and CFL AllStar

There are usually 2 strategies when it comes down to taking over an existing team as a new leader. I’ve seen both in sports and in business.

One is to sit back, observe, get to understand the team’s challenges and any gaps, and then formulate a new vision based on the data.

The other is to come in and shake things up to align with a new vision. Which means changing roles, direction, and potentially the people.

Both have their place and time and most leaders may use a combination of these.

If you’re looking to understand when to use each of these strategies, and how to take over a team effectively, then this episode is for you.
